To strengthen our team at DORNBACH Transfer Pricing GmbH in Koblenz, we are seeking a full-time Driving Assistant for Courier Services and Management Transportation (m/f/d). The position is available with immediate effect. Applicants should be based in the Koblenz area, the Rhein-Lahn district, Montabaur or the surrounding region.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Passenger Transportation (Mobile Office): Nationwide transportation of management and employees to business appointments, as well as between company locations and private residences. Travel time is explicitly used by management and employees as productive working time (e.g. document review and communication). The driver ensures a safe, quiet and disruption‑free working environment within the vehicle
Courier and Messenger Services: Execution of urgent courier trips, delivery of documents and handling of miscellaneous errands required for daily business operations
Vehicle Management: Responsibility for ensuring the operational readiness of the company vehicle. This includes monitoring maintenance schedules, roadworthiness inspections (TÜV), tyre changes, vehicle cleaning and the performance of all legally required occupational safety inspections (UVV)
Administrative Support: Assistance to management with administrative tasks as well as basic research activities

DEIN PROFIL

Valid Category B (passenger car) driver’s license required
Proven experience with long‑distance driving is required
High level of reliability and discretion in handling confidential information is essential
A consistently well‑groomed appearance and a anticipatory, safe driving style are integral parts of the role
Fluent German or English language skills (C2 level) required; additional languages are an advantage
Required documents: Copy of driver’s license, current extract from the Fahreignungsregister (FAER), extended certificate of good conduct, and G25 medical examination / “E FSÜ”

Fair Compensation: Fixed monthly salary plus travel allowances for long‑distance trips
Salary Range: EUR 2,200 – EUR 3,000, depending on professional experience and qualifications

Mir gefällt die abwechslungsreiche Arbeit bei DORNBACH sehr, da ich sowohl vor Ort bei Mandanten als auch im Büro tätig sein kann. Die Vielseitigkeit der Aufgaben macht es besonders spannend.
